Interpreter Services

If you have any difficulties communicating in English with our staff, you are entitled to the services of a professional interpreter.

  • If you do not speak English at home or:
  • You do not understand what staff are saying to you;
  • In some situations it is easier to communciate with staff in your main language, or;
  • You do not understand anything you are required to sign;

Please tell staff if you need language assistance.  It is important to us that you understand all information given to you and services being offered.

Interpreter services are free of charge to you.

It is your responsibility to let staff know if you are unable to attend an appointment, in case an interpreter has been booked.
