Dr. Novreen Rasool moved to Australia in 2007 with her husband, and since then has worked in Hospital Surgical and General Practice fields. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of General Practice, Associate Fellow in Skin Cancer Medicine, Advanced Diploma in Dermoscopy and Diploma in Dermatology.

Dr. Karimpour completed her postgraduate training and Fellowship in general practice in 2016. Since then, she has worked in public hospitals and general practice.
